Study Guide

Overview

The Study Guide comprises ten units that deal with management theory and practices in architecture. This course will explore major theoretical concepts that affect decisions made in an architecture practice, such as theory and application of Canadian regulatory and ethical processes, building codes, and sustainable design theory. Through the reading of scholarly materials and background commentaries and responding to self-study questions in each unit, the course will provide the necessary information to prepare students as professionals in this field.
